Xero Accounting Order Connection
0.9 min read
|Overview
This article walks through the configuration of the connection between Extensiv Integration Manager and Xero.
Supported Functions
This connection allows for the following information to be synced:
- Orders from Xero to Extensiv Integration Manager
- Inventory numbers from Extensiv Integration Manager to Xero
Each of these syncing options and configuration guidelines is further detailed below.
Syncing Options
Orders
This connection passes Xero Invoices as Orders. It can also be configured to filter specific status types when passing orders.
For orders to properly sync, each product on the order/invoice must contain a SKU.
Even if line items in Xero are fulfilled, they still need a matching SKU in your order destination.
Orders can be imported from one organization or multiple, this will be determined when authorizing the connection.
Inventory
Inventory syncing is optional. If enabled, the connection pulls available inventory numbers from Extensiv Integration Manager and updates the available quantities in Xero. Similar to the order syncing, products must have SKUs configured to sync inventory numbers and these SKUs must exist in both Extensiv and Xero.
