Shopify - Line Items: must be stocked at the same location

Problem

Shopify returns one the following error message preventing Extensiv Integration Manager from sending the tracking information to Shopify:

Line Items: must be stocked at the same location

[Base]: None of the items are stocked at the new location.



Solution

This occurs when you have multiple Shopify locations and Integration Manager cannot tell which location to use for fulfillment.

There are two ways to fix this:

1) Enter Your Shopify Location Name

Find the proper Location to use in your Shopify cart, and enter that location's name in the Integration Manager settings. It must match exactly. Integration Manager will use this location for uploading shipment data.

 



 

2) Filter Orders By Fulfillment Service

Enable the option to filter orders by Fulfillment Service and enter your desired Fulfillment Service Name. Integration Manager will only load orders/items for this Fulfillment service and will use that location for uploading shipment data.
