Shipping Confirmation Error - PrestaShop

Extensiv Integration Manager cannot send Shipping/Tracking to PrestaShop with following message:
Could not upload tracking information for Order #xxxx: Please make sure that the carrier, FEDEX, exists in PrestaShop.
Solution
Please make sure that the carrier specified is setup in PrestaShop:
- Go to Shipping → Carriers, and click on Add new carrier.
Please fill in all necessary fields, and click on Finish to save current setting.
Carrier name is case sensitive!
Integration Manager will try to upload Shipping/Tracking to PrestaShop again automatically.
