Workflow

  1. Extensiv Integration Manager downloads new orders from Centra.
  2. Integration Manager sends new orders to the merchant's connected WMS.
  3. Integration Manager retrieves tracking information from the connected WMS when available.
  4. Integration Manager updates the relevant orders in Centra with the appropriate Tracking numbers.
  5. Integration Manager retrieves current Inventory levels from the merchant's WMS.
  6. Integration Manager updates Centra with current Inventory levels.

Required parameters

In order to connect Centra to Integration Manager there are three items that must be acquired from Centra.

  1. Centra API Key: Unique API Keys can be generated by the merchant within their Centra system.
  2. Centra Base URL: Each Centra account has a unique base URL that Integration Manager must use to connect to the Centra API.
  3. Merchant's time zone as set in Centra: Timestamps within Centra are in the time zone set by the merchant. The merchant must provide Integration Manager with the time zone as it is set in Centra so that we can make the appropriate adjustments.

Integration Reminder

The client is required to install the "Orders API" plugin in their Centra account. Then at a minimum we need the Orders API Plugin URL, and API Key
