BigCommerce Orders Missing Shipping Address

BigCommerce orders are missing a Shipping address in Extensiv Integration Manager. The order number also has a "-1" appended to it.
This can also cause Integration Manager to raise the error message: Could not change status of Order #XXX to “Shipped”
Solution
This happens when none of the products on the order are not set as Physical products in BigCommerce. If no products are Physical, the system doesn't expect anything to ship. BigCommerce doesn't assign a shipping address to the order and doesn't allow the order to be marked as Shipped.
Be sure to mark any products that will actually ship as "Physical" in the BigCommerce settings for that product.
