Required parameters

You will need the following credentials to complete the connection to Lightspeed Retail:

• Lightspeed Username
• Lightspeed Password
   

Step-by-step guide

1. Log in your Lightspeed Account first. 
    
2. Click Grant US API Access on Extensiv Integration Manager Lightspeed cart setup page.
   
    
   
   If you don't have login access yourself, Instead click Share Setup Link, enter the client's email and click Save. They will receive a setup email. Instructions for client to follow: Cart Setup Share
    
3. Return to the Integration Manager page where you will be informed if the connection was successful.
4. Click Test to confirm the connection.

Limit to single Shop ID

Leave this field blank to pull orders from all Lightspeed Shops. (if blank, inventory sync will be disabled) Put a Lightspeed Shop ID here to pull orders from just one shop and sync inventory to that shop.

To lookup your Lightspeed Shop ID:

1. In your Lightspeed click on Settings > Shop Setup.
    
2. Click on the desired shop name.
    
3. You will find your Shop ID in the browser URL bar. eg: &id=1 means your Shop ID is 1.
