This page covers the various options that can be set in Extensiv Integration Manager and in your Joor account.


Integration Manager Settings

Joor Test Mode

 When enabled, Integration Manager will talk to the Joor Sandbox and not affect any of your real data. Disabled

Joor Order Status

 Only load orders with the selected Status from Joor. Approved Orders

  • Pending & Returned Orders
  • All Orders & Notes
  • Cancelled Orders
  • Approved Orders

Warehouse Code

Only load orders from Joor assigned to the specific warehouse. Leave blank to load orders from all warehouses.

This field is required in order to perform inventory sync.

To find your Warehouse Code, please go to your Joor Account Settings → Order Settings → Warehouses

Skip Empty Customer Code

 Should Integration Manager skip orders without a valid customer record? Yes

Sync Product Details

 Keep Product listings in Joor up to date based on WMS products?

This only works if you are using a WMS/OMS that supports Product Detail Pickup.		 No
