Problem

You are receiving the follow error message or a similar error message in Extensiv Integration Manager:

Error pulling mapping code from PrestaShop

Could not retrieve countries table from PrestaShop

PrestaShop error: Bad HTTP response Failed to connect to XXX port 443: Connection timed out

Solution

If the connection to PrestaShop was previously working, it likely means that PrestaShop has blocked Integration Manager. To resolve this, you need to add the Integration Manager IP Address to the PrestaShop Whitelist.

  1. Login to your PrestaShop admin dashboard.
  2. Go to Preferences > Geolocation.
  3. Scroll down to IP ADDRESS WHITELIST.

     
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the list and add the following entries, each on on its own line:
    1. 50.18.194.14
    2. 54.241.171.180
  5. Click Save right below the list
     


It is possible that your web server or hosting company is blocking Integration Manager as well. If the above steps don't solve the problem, please contact your IT team and hosting provider and ask them to whitelist these IP addresses as well.
