Product Detail sync is a feature that allows Extensiv Integration Manager to send extra product information from your WMS to your cart such as price, weight, description, etc. Integration Manager passes this information to your shopping carts so when you update product information in your OMS or WMS, that product info is automatically updated in the shopping cart as well. This is usually performed hourly or once per day.

This functionality only works if you also have Inventory Sync enabled.

This function only works if you are also using an OMS or WMS cart that supports Product Detail Pickup.

Some WMS connections (like TradeGecko) and some Carts (like Vend) require you to turn on additional settings for "Product Detail Sync" to work. Check for the following settings and enable them if they are available for your connections:
