Missing Amazon Seller Central Orders

Problem

Amazon orders are not flowing from Amazon into Extensiv Integration Manager.

Background

Each Integration Manager connection to Amazon connections to a single Amazon Country's marketplace. Example: United States, Canada, UK, etc.

Integration Manager can only load orders from Amazon, if the orders originates from the correct Amazon Country Marketplace. Orders from Amazon Marketplaces in countries you have not connected to Integration Manager will not be loaded.

Solution

If you sell in multiple Amazon Country Marketplaces,  you need to set up an Amazon cart in Integration Manager for each country.

For example, if you have orders coming from:

  • Amazon US
  • Amazon Australia
  • Amazon Belgium

You will need to set up 3 separate Amazon carts inside Integration Manager.
