Required parameters

• Nexternal Account Name
• Account XML Key

Step-by-step guide

1. Login to Nexternal and go to the Settings page.
2. At the bottom find XML Tools and click edit.
3. Accept the XML Memorandum of Understanding, if not already done.

If the XML Key is available

4. Launch Integration Management from Extensiv Hub.
5. Navigate to Carts and click +New Setup.
   
6. Select Nexternal from the list of order source.
   
7. Enter the needed details below.
   
8. Disable Testing Mode in Integration Manager. Proceed to Step 14.

If the XML Key is not available:

9. Enter your Nexternal Account Username & Password. 
   

1. Scroll down and click Test.
2. If successful, your Account Key will be displayed.
3. Copy and paste it into the Account Key field above.
   
4. Disable Testing Mode.
   
5. Click Test again to verify the setup is complete.
6. Be sure to click OK at the bottom once complete
