Shipments and Shipping Info Fields Blank in ShipStation

Problem

After orders are shipped by the WMS and tracking loads back into ShipStation, the Shipments and Shipping Info sections of the order are still blank and don't show the tracking information.

 

Solution

This is how ShipStation is designed to work. When the shipping label is created outside of ShipStation, the order can only be Marked as Shipped, which is what Extensiv Integration Manager does. The Shipping Info fields are only available for orders that have had labels generated within ShipStation. You can see additional information about the order's shipment in the Fulfillments tab of Shipstation.
