Amazon - Access to Orders.ListOrders is denied
0.7 min read
|Problem
The Amazon connection is failing to download orders with the error message:
Could not retrieve orders.
Access to Orders.ListOrders is denied.
Root cause
This happens when Extensiv Integration Manager no longer has permissions to access your Amazon account. This can happen if a user disconnects the connection or if you do not respond to the annual renewal request email sent by Amazon.
Solution
1. Login to your Amazon Seller Central account.
2. In the upper right go to Settings > User Permissions
3. In the section titled "Amazon MWS Developer Permissions" you will find the Integration Manager listing:
- If there is no Integration Manager listing, you must follow the Amazon setup guide again.
- If this page is not available, make sure you are logged into Seller Central with a Super User or Admin account.
4. Look under the Authorization history section of the page. If Integration Manager is listed, click the Restore access link.
5. Go to Integration Manager and click Test for the Amazon cart to see if this fixed the issue.
If this does not resolve the issue, you must follow the Amazon setup guide again.
