Incorrect time in WooCommerce or WordPress will cause Extensiv Integration Manager to miss orders. The time must be correct for the connection to work properly.

Verify time

  1. Login to your WordPress Dashboard and go to Settings > General.

  2. Scroll down to the Timezone section. Verify or change the selected city, and then make sure the Local Time displayed is correct.

Correct time

If you have set your timezone but the Local time displayed is still incorrect, you will need to fix your server's time. Fixing the server time can be done by the person or company who manages your server. Instructions will vary based on the specific OS and Webserver being used.

  1. Make sure the server's time is correct. On a *nix OS this can be done by entering the command: date

  2. Make sure the webserver's time is correct.

  3. Once you have verified all the times are correct, you must restart your webserver for the changes to take effect in WooCommerce.

You do not need to restart the entire server, just the webserver application (eg. Apache, NGINX, etc)

  4. Login to WordPress and follow the Verify Time instructions again to make sure the issue is resolved. Contact Integration Manager Support if orders were missed that you need to have re-loaded into Integration Manager.
