Problem

In the upper left corner of the Manage Orders screen in Amazon Seller Central, there is a discrete notation labeled "Seller fulfilled pending". This means that Amazon has pending orders which are not ready to ship. If you click on the link you get the order details. These orders sit with Amazon until they are cancelled or released for fulfillment. There is no stated reason, but we assume it is due to pending payment issues. When the orders get released they use the original order date (not the release date) to calculate when the order needs to ship by. This means if an order is created Friday but stuck with payment issues until Wednesday, you will be penalized for a late shipment even if you ship the same minute you get the order.
