When are Cratejoy Shipments Loaded?

Date Search

Extensiv Integration Manager always searches for orders back to the last time the interface was run successfully. It will also search up to X days in the future to allow you to load orders early and prepare for shipping. The number of days is configurable in the Integration Manager settings by changing the Target Ship Date Within option.

If an order is canceled at the time it is within the date range and Integration Manager searches for it, it will be skipped. If you load orders early and an order is canceled in CrateJoy afterwards, you need to turn on the Send Cancellation To WMS option in Integration Manager. Please note this feature only works with the WMS or OMS systems listed on this page: Cancel Order in WMS. Other system will not receive the cancellation request and these cancellations must be handled manually.

eCommerce Orders

eCommerce or one-off orders are loaded as soon as they are paid so you can ship them right away.

Ad Hoc Subscriptions

Ad Hoc Subscriptions are subscriptions where the shipment dates for the customers are based on their initial signup date. Not all clients' shipments ship on the same date. These shipments are pulled by their Adjusted Ordered At date.

Regular Subscriptions

Subscription shipments are pulled using the Target Ship Date. Shipments will not be loaded before this date. Only subscription shipments with status 'ACTIVE' will be imported into Integration Manager.
