Extensiv Integration Manager can communicate directly with HSN using their XML format over FTP. If you collect these FTP credentials from HSN, the instructions below will cover how to perform the setup. This connection is not plug-and-play. There are currently the following limitations:

• HSN uses Implicit FTPS which Integration Manager does not support. Files must first be copied to an FTP server that supports a more modern protocol (eg. SFTP, or Explicit FTPS)
   
• HSN requires an 812 document for returns. Integration Manager does not generate or handle this file. It must be generated outside of Integration Manager.

If you cannot use this method for any reason you may also use HSN through an EDI provider.
