|Vend Stores in the USA and Canada are tax-exclusive. New Zealand, Australian, and UK stores are tax-inclusive.
- If your Vend store is located in a tax-inclusive region, you must ensure that TradeGecko contains a tax inclusive price list.
- When Extensiv Integration Manager pushes over TradeGecko item prices, Vend store will determine if the item prices are tax inclusive or exclusive, which will depend on your Vend store settings.
For example, if your item has a price set to Tax Exclusive ($10) within TradeGecko, Integration Manager will simply push $10 to your Vend Store. However, your Vend Store will treat $10 as a Tax Inclusive price instead, which results in item price discrepancy.
Solution:
TradeGecko Side:
- Go to the TradeGecko Inventory --> Price List section, click on the Create New Price List button to create a Tax Inclusive Price list.
- Make sure to add Tax Inclusive price to all items in Tradegecko.
Vend Cart Setting in Integration Manager:
- Go to your Vend Cart Edit Setup page and select Custom as the Cart Products Retail Price, then type in the Price List Name.
