Important integration notes
Before setting up this connection to Order Manager, please review these important notes to ensure the integration is successful:
Inventory Sync
Before Integration Manager can sync inventory with Order Manager, you must assign starting inventory to the products in Order Manager. Any level of inventory is enough to allow the sync to begin.
If you will be putting any inventory or orders On Hold in Order Manager, it is recommended to set the Integration Manager inventory sync with Order Manager to once per day. This would preferably be at the end of day or at night after everything has been shipped. Syncing throughout the day could cause small discrepancies for orders that are held in Order Manager but are not yet at the warehouse because Integration Manager will not see those orders to properly decrement inventory for them.
Integration Manager syncs your warehouse inventory levels as "unlocked" into Order Manager. This means that if you have quantity 10 locked in Order Manager, and 10 available in your warehouse, the total inventory in Order Manager will show as 20 (10+10).
