Workflow

1. Extensiv Integration Manager retrieves new orders from Google Shopping
    
2. Integration Manager delivers orders to WMS/OMS
    
3. Integration Manager retrieves shipment tracking and inventory levels from WMS/OMS
    
4. Integration Manager delivers shipment tracking and inventory levels to Google Shopping.

Required Parameters
 

Credentials from Google Shopping that need to be entered in Integration Manager. The setup guide will explain how to obtain these:
 

• Google Email
   
• Google Password
   
• Google Merchant ID

Important Integration Notes
 

Before setting up this connection to Google Shopping, please review these important notes to ensure the integration is successful:
 

1. Integration Manager currently does not handle product sync for your Google Shopping, only inventory level syncing. Please make sure that all products exist in your Google Shopping first in order to make Inventory Sync work.
    
2. You need permission from Google first before Integration Manager is able to access your order data. Without this permission you will receive the error: "Cannot access orders of account"
