Amazon - No valid marketplaces

Problem

Extensiv Integration Manager is unable to upload inventory or tracking information to Amazon and is reporting the following error:

Could not upload inventory information
Could not upload tracking information
No valid marketplaces

Solution

This is caused by an error on Amazon's side.

  1. Contact Amazon MWS Support using this form: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/mws/contactus.html
  2. Inform them you are unable to update inventory levels and are receiving the error message "No valid marketplaces"
  3. After Amazon resolves this issue the error should disappear from Integration Manager the next time inventory levels or tracking information is sent to Amazon.
