Amazon - No valid marketplaces

|Problem
Extensiv Integration Manager is unable to upload inventory or tracking information to Amazon and is reporting the following error:
Could not upload inventory information
Could not upload tracking information
No valid marketplaces
Solution
This is caused by an error on Amazon's side.
- Contact Amazon MWS Support using this form: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/mws/contactus.html
- Inform them you are unable to update inventory levels and are receiving the error message "No valid marketplaces"
- After Amazon resolves this issue the error should disappear from Integration Manager the next time inventory levels or tracking information is sent to Amazon.
