Workflow

1. Extensiv Integration Manager retrieves orders and cancellations from Faire.
    
2. Integration Manager acknowledges new orders in Faire and places them in the Processing status.
    
3. Integration Manager delivers orders to WMS/OMS.
    
4. Integration Manager retrieves shipment tracking, inventory and product details from WMS/OMS.
    
5. Integration Manager delivers shipment tracking, inventory and product details to Faire.

Important notes

Product Sync - SKUs must be used in Faire for product sync to work. There must be a 1:1 ratio between variant SKUs in your WMS/OMS and Faire. If Integration Manager is creating the products in Faire for you then this will be managed automatically.
