Extensiv Integration Manager's JOOR integration in conjunction with NetSuite offers a solution that will seamlessly sync data across each system. 

1. JOOR will operate as the system that will manage your frontend sales and linesheets.
2. NetSuite will assume the duties of managing inventory on the backend by tracking inventory counts across all of your sales channels.
    

Orders

New Orders

• Sales Orders that are created on JOOR will be pushed into NetSuite.
• Orders that are sent to NetSuite can also be associated with a customer record within NetSuite.
   

Products

• Products that are created and/or updated within NetSuite will be sync'd across to the JOOR platform.
• Please note that products that are created and/or updated within JOOR will not be synced to NetSuite, because this is a reverse of the supported data flow pattern. 
• Product updates that are made within the JOOR platform may be overwritten by inventory updates received from NetSuite.
• Please review the JOOR Product Details page as you are setting inventory for this integration.
   

Product Variants/Children

• Products with variants/children are supported, however you will need to ensure that they are properly set up within NetSuite to allow for proper data sync.

Inventory

• Integration Manager’s Inventory Sync retrieves inventory levels from NetSuite on a routine basis and pushes these updates to JOOR to ensure that value for the Quantity Available of each sync'd product within NetSuite matches the Quantity Available within JOOR’s product library.
   

Setup Instructions

2. Follow the steps as outlined in the Setting Up JOOR guide to complete the connection setup for JOOR as an order source.
