Extensiv Integration Management offers the ability to upload CSV order files either manually into the Integration Management interface or via FTP. Integration Management can also provide confirmation and inventory files via FTP as well.

  • For instructions on how to load manually upload CSV files in the Integration Management interface, click here
  • The below instructions will show how to load CSV Order files via FTP:

The following instructions assume you have created a CSV cart in Integration Management already. Click here for those instructions if not already complete.

It also assumes you are using an Integration Management standard CSV file format or you have mapped your custom file format already.

Step by Step Instructions:

  1. Filezilla is our recommended FTP client to use for loading CSV files into Integration Manager. This is because it is free and easy to use.
  2. Download FileZilla from here: https://filezilla-project.org/download.php?type=client
  3. Run and install the downloaded file.
  4. Launch FileZilla and click the icon in the upper left to launch the Site Manager.
  5. Click the New Site button in the lower left.
  6. Type in a name for the account.
  7. Type in the Host (Server Name) in the upper right.
  8. Change the Login Type to Normal.
  9. Type in the user and password.
  10. Leave the Port blank unless given one.
  11. Click the Transfer Settings tab and click Passive
  12. Click Connect to save and connect to the server.
  13. To connect again later, come back to this screen or click the arrow to the right of the Site Manager icon.
  14. Once connected to a server, the left side shows your local computer, and the right side shows the server. You can click on the folder to browse through them.
  15. On the left pane, browse to the folder on your local computer with the file.
  16. On the right pane, browse to the folder on the server that you want to save the file in. (If using standard Integration Management directories, orders should be placed in the "order" directory.)
  17. On the left pane either double click the file to upload, or right click it and select Upload.
