Error with 3DCart order status

|Problem
Extensiv Integration Manager is displaying one of the following errors:
- Could not mark order as 'Processing'
- Could not mark order as ‘Shipped’
This error can happen if you have changed the default Order Statuses in the 3D Cart.
Solution 1
- Change the 3D Cart order statuses back.
- By default we expect the following statuses to exist:
- New
- Processing
- Shipped

Solution 2
- Tell Integration Manager about your different order statuses.
- In Integration Manager, go to your 3D Cart and click Edit Setup.
- You can then enter the Order Statuses you use in your cart for "New", "Processing" and “Shipped.”
