Error with 3DCart order status

Problem

Extensiv Integration Manager is displaying one of the following errors:

  • Could not mark order as 'Processing'
  • Could not mark order as ‘Shipped’

This error can happen if you have changed the default Order Statuses in the 3D Cart.


Solution 1

  1. Change the 3D Cart order statuses back.
     
  2. By default we expect the following statuses to exist:
    • New
    • Processing
    • Shipped

Solution 2

  1. Tell Integration Manager about your different order statuses.
     
  2. In Integration Manager, go to your 3D Cart and click Edit Setup.
     
  3. You can then enter the Order Statuses you use in your cart for "New", "Processing" and “Shipped.”
