Order Cancel Download is a feature that allows Extensiv Integration Management to detect when an order is canceled in the shopping cart after it has already been loaded. 

• Integration Management will attempt to stop that order from sending to the warehouse or cancel it in the warehouse if possible. 
• There is no guarantee that the OMS or WMS will accept the cancellation request as it may already be too late in the processing.
• This function only works if you are also using an OMS or WMS that supports Cancel Order in WMS
