Order Manager does not pull in orders that are in the following statuses:

• Pending
• Manual Verification Required
• Shipped
• Partially Shipped
• Refunded
• Cancelled
• Declined
• Awaiting_Pickup
• Completed
• Disputed
• Partially Refunded
