To ensure uninterrupted service of your operations, you must enable access to the latest Shopify permissions by July 1, 2023.

Follow the steps outlined below to enable access to the latest Shopify permissions:

1. Log In to Extensiv.com & Open the Order Manager application.
2. Click Settings in the global navigation.
3. Click Sales Channels in the left navigation.
4. Click on a Shopify sales channel. 
5. Click Edit to edit that specific Shopify connection.
6. Click Connection from the sales channel pop up. 
7. Click Edit Connection.
8. Click Launch Shopify Authorization. This will redirect you to Shopify, where you will be prompted to accept the new permissions. After accepting, you will be redirected back to the Extensiv platform. 

Repeat steps 2-8 for each Shopify connection.
