Within Extensiv Order Manager, sellers have the ability to send and receive an inventory stock transfer between in-house and 3PL warehouses.

This article guides you through reviewing your stock transfers, receiving them to the destination warehouse, and viewing your transfer history.

First, you will need to navigate to the Inventory module.

Then, click on the Transfers tab in the upper left hand corner of the page.

On this tab, you can view the status of each of your transfers, along with other relevant information presented in grid view.

Select an active transfer that is in the status "Pending Receiving" and the Receive button will become available at the top of your grid view

The stock transfer order details window will display the item(s) within your selected transfer.

You can also click on the History tab when selecting a transfer from the grid below and confirm all of the activity that has impacted this transfer.

Once the Receive button is clicked, the inventory will be received into the destination warehouse.
