Zoho - Error message: The Customer is inactive. Please enter an active Customer.

Problem:

Zoho returns the following error message preventing Extensiv Integration Manager from sending orders to Zoho Inventory.

Solution:

The customer on the order already exists in Zoho, but the customer record is inactive. 
 
Either:
 
1) Mark the customer as active inside Zoho
 
or 
 
2) Delete the customer inside Zoho. Integration Manager will create a new one when the order is sent over.
 
 
Then Integration Manager will be able to push over the order(s).
