Extensiv Order Manager OMS - Cannot acknowledge inventory for non-manual sales channels

Problem

Extensiv Integration Manager displays the following alert when loading inventory from Extensiv Order Manager oms
 

Unable to download inventory adjustment from Order Manager. SalesChannelID: xxxx. Invalid salesChannel type. Cannot acknowledge inventory for non-manual sales channels.


Solution

Integration Manager can only sync inventory with Manual Sales Channels in Order Manager. You must disable your non-manual sales channels in the Integration Manager Merchant > Locations & Products by selecting them, clicking Edit Warehouse, and then clicking Disable

Non manual channels that should be disabled include any native Order Manager order sources you have, like Amazon or Shopify.
