Duplicate Orders Loaded in EasyPost

A single order from your shopping cart or order source created two identical orders in EasyPost leading to EasyPost double shipping an order.
Solution
EasyPost does not support Extensiv Integration Manager sending a unique order identifier, nor does EasyPost have any duplicate order detection. While Integration Manager does it's best to make sure duplicate orders do not load into EasyPost, it is not possible for Integration Manager to ensure this never happens. In order to prevent this from ever happening, EasyPost would need to provide a way to identify orders with a unique identifier. You may want to reach out to EasyPost to let them know this issue affects you.
