Step-by-step guide

Step 1: Contact Extensiv support and ask for the following information:

API credentials needed: 

• Customer ID
• Client ID
• Client Secret

Permissions required:

• orders - read/write
• items - read
• inventory - read
• customers - read
   

Step 2: In 3PL Warehouse Manager under Customer > Customer Users, copy your 3PL Warehouse Manager User Name and Password. 

Step 3: In integration Manager, go to Merchant > click Edit Setup > enter the credentials from Step 1 and 2 on this page.
