Problem

3PL Warehouse Manager is rejecting orders and raising the following alert:

 

OrderItem.ItemID: XX. 3PL Warehouse Manager Error Code: ValueNotSupported. Not assigned to Customer Y
 

 

A common cause of this error is if you are using Warehouse level API credentials for your merchant connection in Integration Manager.

 

Solution

 
To resolve this, obtain new API credentials from 3PL Warehouse Manager that are customer specific.
 
In Integration Manager:
 
  1. Go to: Merchant -> Edit Setup -> 3Pl-Central WMS Settings
     
  2. Enter your new API credentials into the API Client ID and API Client Secret fields.
