Error sending orders to Zoho Inventory

Problem

Zoho Inventory tossing this error message:
 
The Customer is inactive. Please enter an active Customer.
 
 Cause: The customer on the order already exists in Zoho, but the record is inactive
 

Solution

There are two ways to resolve the issue:

  1. Mark the customer as active in Zoho.
     
  2. Delete the customer in Zoho.
     
 Customers -> Search for the customer associated with the Order tossing the error ->  Select the particular customer -> Mark as Active or Delete
