In Bin Type Administration, you can create and edit bin types.

By default, the system will have these bin types:

• Cross Dock Lane
• Cross Dock Zone
• Pick Cart
• Pick Tote

If no bin type is selected during bin creation, the default type will be Pick Bin. Additional bin types can be used to reference the type of bin. Custom Bin Types will be available in a few areas of the system but are referential.

• To add a bin type, click Add and enter the Bin Type Name, then click Save.
• To edit a bin type, click Edit on the bin type you want to edit and enter the new name.
• To delete a bin type, click Delete on the bin type you want to remove.

Note: This setting was tied to Google Cloud Print and has been discontinued.
