WMS-19127 – Small Parcel Suite: Added the ability to filter services from Rate shopping results.  Users can click into Small Parcel Suite > Settings to select the services they want returned by carrier. 

WMS-25274 – Small Parcel Suite: Update in middle-tier to handle PAPI Request ID error messages properly. 

WMS-25446 – Small Parcel Suite: Update for VAT tax values to allow for custom field mapping.  Users can now create and edit orders via the API and import and include these tax values by using custom fields.
