WMS-23810 – Small Parcel Suite: Resolved an issue where rate shopping was not excluding residential services for residential addresses.

WMS-23811 – Manage Locations: Resolved an issue where a location name that included a curly brace {} would save properly but would then result in errors when trying to select the location for use. There is no reason to use a curly brace in a location name, so we now prevent using that character when specifying the Location ID fields.

WMS-23888 – Small Parcel Suite: Resolved an issue where Inactive carrier services were showing in drop-down menus. We have updated the functionality so that when using functions such as "Edit Carrier and Routing" you will only see active services in the system.
