Improvements

WMS-21374 – Small Parcel Suite:  Added support for FedEx Home Delivery and FedEx Express Saver, both new services that are part of the FedEx Ground Economy services.  (Not, legacy Smartpost services are still active and working that are part of the Ground Economy program) 

WMS-25085 – Small Parcel Suite: Updated response logic for failed attempts to VOID a label. The system will now prompt the user to manually remove the tracking date, which will prevent support requests where users needed our team to correct these frozen orders. 

WMS-26330 – Small Parcel Suite: Update of Rate Shopping for BUKU Ship carriers UPS MI, Surepost, and Smartpost.
