WMS-21254 - SmartScan Move: Fixed an issue when moving inventory where a user's individual permission was determining whether they could move allocated inventory, even if the 3PL setting "Move Allocated Stock" was disabled. A 3PL setting should supersede any other settings in the WMS, including user permissions. Moving inventory under this scenario was also causing inventory reporting problems that could result in negative quantities assigned to the location from which the inventory was moved.
