WMS-17675 – Small Parcel Suite: Added a customer-level setting that, when enabled, disables the "click" function in the Pack and Ship dialog to allow for a more controlled packing process driven by scanning. This setting is labeled "SmartPack – Disable click to pack" and can be enabled under Customers > Manage Customers > Orders.
