WMS-21436 - Parcel API (BETA): Updated the method in which the Parcel API, currently in beta, handles USPS requests for labels. This removes the setting for "USPS Third-Party Connection," which controlled the USPS mapping to Stamps.com and Endicia. With this change, customers participating in the Parcel API beta program now use a normalized list of USPS service codes, which you can find under "USPS" on the Manager Carriers page. (You can also still find the deprecated Stamps.com and Endicia services on the Manage Carriers page, but they are no longer functional for these beta customers and will be removed after everyone has migrated to the Parcel API.)
