Joor Product Sync

Product sync allows you to manage all your products, listings, and prices in your backend OMS or WMS and let Extensiv Integration Manager keep your cart up to date with the latest changes. This means you don't need to create and manage your products in two different systems.

Product Sync only works if you are using a WMS/OMS that supports Product Detail Pickup.

Timing

Product sync runs on the same frequency as the Inventory Sync. Make sure you have turned on the inventory sync in your Merchant Settings and your Cart Settings. Also make sure you have turned on the Product Sync settings on both of those screens as well. Product sync is defaulted to OFF.

The most common timing for Product/Inventory sync is Hourly. If both your WMS and Cart are set to hourly sync, please allow up to 2 hours for product data to propagate from the OMS/WMS to your cart.

LineSheets & Seasons

Each product must be assigned to at least one Line Sheet to load into Joor. Review the Product Requirement sheets below to see how to assign a line sheet in your back-end system.

In general, Integration Manager expects a single Line Sheet or Season for each product. This first Line Sheet or Season will be synced to Joor. After that, it is recommended that you configure further linesheets and Seasons within Joor itself. This is recommended because most back-end system do not have functionality to manage linesheet or season information.

If a product is tagged with a season and no linesheet, Integration Manager will automatically add it to a linesheet named after the season and year. If a product is tagged with both a season and a linesheet, only the linesheet will be loaded, while the season will be ignored.

Variants

Each variant of a product can have its own list of Attributes and its own UPC.
