Problem

Inventory for some or all of my listings is not syncing with Extensiv Integration Manager and the listings don't show up in the Integration Manager View Product Sync page.
 

Solution

Due to the way eBay handles listings, it is not possible for Integration Manager to retrieve a fill list of your eBay listings. Instead, Integration Manager searches all your listing over the past year and loads any active listings. If you set up a new eBay connection in Integration Manager and have listings older than one year, there are two options:
 

1. Enable the "Old Listings" option in the Integration Manager eBay settings. This will cause Integration Manager to search for listing up to 3 years old.
    
2. Re-post your listing on eBay. Integration Manager will automatically sync it the next time inventory runs since the listing will be new.
