CART-3873 – Branding: Updates all references of 'CartRover' to 'Integration Manager' for order sources.

CART-3956 – Profile and Billing Page: This update removes 'You will not get charged for this' from the support billing UI.
 

Fix

CART-3799 – Shopify: This addresses an issue where a WMS splits the same line item into two separate lines and IM is adding duplicate line item ID's into Shopify's fulfillment payload. Shopify does not accept that and hence we are failing to upload confirmation. Now, Integration Manager will detect the duplicate IDs and add the quantities together and will not add as a new entry. All ID's in the fulfillment payload will be unique.
