This article lists all known issues related to recent feature developments or enhancements. These cases are first listed in the associated release notes and then added to this compiled list.

At the end of each quarter, resolved tickets are removed from this page.

TW-6763 – Login: We are aware that carets (^) and commas (,) are not currently supported in passwords and can prevent you from properly accessing certain 3PL Warehouse Manager pages.

TW-11900 – Find Receipts: We are aware of a concurrency issue where two users can simultaneously edit the same receipt and cause inventory issues. This will be fixed as part of a larger initiative to address concurrency issues throughout the system.

TW-12834 – Find Orders: We are aware of a concurrency issue where two users can simultaneously edit the same order and cause inventory issues. This will be fixed as part of a larger initiative to address concurrency issues throughout the system.

TW-14577 – Move Items: We are aware that moving inventory into a location upon the associated receipt confirmation causes the weight to erroneously increase on the inventory line, the Receipt Ticket, and on the BOL when allocated to an order.

TW-15195 – Item Alias: We are aware of a timeout issue that can occur on the Item Alias page when a large number of aliases are in the grid. This issue will be addressed when we replace the classic Item Alias page.

TW-17078 – Create/Edit Order: There is currently a known concurrency issue related to the Mass Add tool. If two users simultaneously use Mass Add to allocate the same MU to different orders, the system ignores the specific allocation selected by the second user. This will be fixed as part of a larger initiative to address concurrency issues throughout the system.

TW-19821 – Find Orders: For customers shipping USPS orders, enabling or disabling SmartParcel as the shipping label service can cause Find Orders, as well as some reports, to display the numeric service code instead of the service description.
