IM - 5396: Improved high-volume order loading with Order Management integrations. 

IM - 4925 Veeqo: Delivery_cost (shipping charge) is sent to Veeqo when creating new orders. 

IM - 1837 Veeqo: Supported creating orders in paid status. 

Fixes

IM - 5376 Katana: Resolved an issue where discount codes are not  being passed to Katana WMS.

IM - 5023 Katana: Resolved an issue in Katana where incorrect tax was applied when creating orders. Now, the tax rate applied is closer to the actual value, rather than rounding up.

IM - 4771 Cin7:  Improved error handling by implementing more applicable error messages for voided orders.

IM - 2332:  Fixed a typographical error, “speicfic,” in the user interface.
