Integration Details

The purpose of this document is to outline the integration between ShippingEasy and Warehouse Manager. The standard integration is sold as is, and any customization is subject to additional development and support costs.

Integration Cycle

The ShippingEasy to Warehouse Manager integration is automated, and runs on a 10 minute cycle.

Integration Direction

The ShippingEasy to Warehouse Manager integration is available in two directions depending on your needs. “Classic” integration will pull your orders from Warehouse Manager and send them to ShippingEasy. “Pick and Pack” integration will pull orders from ShippingEasy and create them in Warehouse Manager.

Shipping Integration (Classic)

Sales/Orders:

Orders in Warehouse Manager will sync to ShippingEasy once the order has been created. Shipping information must be filled in for the order to populate into ShippingEasy.

Order Fulfillment

Orders a initially created in ShippingEasy with a status of “Awaiting Fulfillment.” This status will be updated to “Awaiting Shipment” once the order has been fully picked. ShippingEasy will send the tracking information to Warehouse Manager as soon as a shipment is created

Pick Pack Integration

Products
 

Products not in Warehouse Manager will be created as they arrive in orders on ShippingEasy

Sales / Orders

Orders in ShippingEasy will sync to Warehouse Manager. Also shipping information must be filled in for the order to populate into Warehouse Manager.

Order Fulfillment

Once an order is synced to Warehouse Manager it will then be picked and shipped via a handheld barcode scanner or with a mobile device (iPhone, Android, etc). Order status in ShippingEasy will be changed to “Awaiting Fulfillment” on initial sync, and “Awaiting Shipment” once order is fully picked. Tracking numbers will be retrieved from ShippingEasy on run cycle.
