Defining Order Statuses

|This article describes the order statuses in the left navigation pane of the Orders Tab.

Unresolved: This means orders with unresolved issues.
- Unresolved: Missing Order Info: This means crucial information regarding the order (name, address, city, state, or zip code) is missing.
- Unresolved: Missing Product Info: This means an SKU sent by the sales channel is not mapped as a Listing SKU for a Master SKU in Order Router.
- Unresolved: Missing Fulfillment Source: This means an issue with the Recipient information.
- Unresolved: Missing Stock Location: This means that the stock for the order does not have a pick location or is in an Unconfigured Stock status.
- Unresolved: Orderbot Conflict: This means an issue with the orderbot.
- Unresolved: Out of Stock: This means the Master SKU does not have enough stock to fulfill an order.
- Unresolved: Missing Vendor Product: This means missing information with the product's vendor.
Awaiting Payment: This means orders without payment status.
Pending Shipment Plan: This means orders without a shipment plan.
Awaiting Shipment: This means orders without shipment.
Awaiting Dropship: This means the fulfillment method and source are not yet set to Dropship Vendor.
Pending Fulfillment: This means an order has been picked up by the 3PL Warehouse Manager, but has not yet been shipped.
Shipped: This means orders are already delivered.
On Hold: This means orders that are declared as on hold. You may restore an order if you want to proceed with the shipment.
Canceled: This means orders that are declared as canceled. You may restore a canceled order if you want to proceed with the shipment.
