  3. System Status- paste the customer's email address and demo how to subscribe
  4. Extensiv U-demo how to get there and what is it for
  5.  Provide the link to the UX Survey and mention that we wanna capture their feedback to further improve the Help Center
  6. Wrap up and thank the customer, the Implementations Manager and the Customer Success Manager for having you in the grad call
 

Sympathize with customer and probe why it was a negative experience for him.  Then walk the customer through:
